Closetoskin's ambition is for the website to always be up and running, however we cannot guarantee this.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order.

Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. 

Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in closetoskin webshop may differ from their actual colors.

Closetoskin cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

All prices in the closetoskin webshop are stated in NOK, SEK, GBP,USD and EUR.

The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but including Norwegian VAT.

Closetoskin reserves the right to change prices of the products sold.

The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

Tax free (eu customers  and rest of the world)

All our prices include 25% vat (norwegian tax). Customers outside of norway, can shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax. 

However overseas customers will be responsible for all import duties and taxes which may relate to their shipment. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country we suggest that you contact your local customs offices if you require more information regarding taxes and duties in your country. 

We reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred with respect to any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected.

All international orders are shipped via UPS International Economy, national orders are shipped via the Norwegian Postal Service (Posten). 

Estimated delivery times are 2-5 days within Norway and Europe, and 4-10 days for the rest of the world. 

Orders are shipped weekdays Monday – Friday, orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following weekday.

Closetoskin cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR,SEK, GBP,USD or NOK into any other currency.

Closetoskin will not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.

Our aim is to respond to your complaint within a few working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.

We use PayPal payment services as our payment gateway to complete your purchase, the order amount will be captured from your card as soon as your order has been placed and approved.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account.

Posten norway will deliver your order to your local delivery point. Delivery notification will be sent via sms/ email when your package is ready to be collected.
